Verdikt exists because the tools defending online commerce were built for a slower era. We are a team of fraud fighters, ML researchers and payments engineers building the decisioning layer we always wished we had.
We started Verdikt after years inside merchant risk teams, watching the same story repeat. Fraudsters industrialised: bot farms, synthetic identities, stolen-card marketplaces, and now generative AI that can fake a document or a face in seconds. Meanwhile the defence remained rule engines written years ago, patched weekly, declining good customers to feel safe.
We believed the answer was not another rule, but a different architecture: a foundation model trained on transaction sequences, a graph network that sees coordinated attacks, and a reasoning layer that explains every verdict in plain language. And we believed a fraud vendor should stand behind its answers with a financial guarantee, so our incentives and yours are the same number.
Today Verdikt scores billions of dollars of transactions a month for retailers, marketplaces, travel platforms and subscription businesses, from a single API call that returns in under 50 milliseconds.

Verdikt is developed, owned and operated by Nexus Digital FZCO, a technology company registered with the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (licence no. 88559). Nexus Digital owns the Verdikt platform, the Verdikt name and marks, and the verdiktt.com domain, and is responsible for hosting, security and ongoing development of the product.
Subscriptions to Verdikt are sold directly and through authorised resellers in the United Kingdom and the United States, who market and resell the platform to their own customers under reseller agreements with Nexus Digital.
